The Flowers boasts an exceptional team of fully qualified and experienced childcare professionals. We believe in teaching social skills and values, compassion and understanding and an appreciation of the world in which we live in. Understanding different cultures that makeup society and learning through play are two core beliefs of The Flowers.
Qualified teaching staff deliver the Early Learning Years curriculum to children aged 3-4 years helping to ease them gently into school life. These early years pass by quickly but we work closely with all of our parents feeding back daily developmental goals and achievements and share a daily log.
We focus on a very high standard of care for young babies and fully appreciate how difficult for new mums the initial induction can be. Our experienced baby floor team have some of the most valuable experience and qualifications in South Wales and have been noted for our baby floor in the NDNA reports. The home from home calming environment will make you feel safe and secure that your baby will be loved and emotionally secure at The Flowers.

The Flowers' Location & Environment
Located in a beautiful four-storey Grade II Listed building, which was totally refurbished and decorated to a high standard, we have created a very welcoming environment where your child will play, learn and feel loved. As you would want and expect, the building meets all Environmental Health, Building & Fire Regulations. Off-road parking makes dropping off and picking up easier at the nursery right in the centre of Swansea.
The Flowers has a dedicated baby room, two playrooms, a schoolroom, two creative/dining rooms, our own kitchen (with a 5 Star Environmental Health Award) and a very impressive outdoor area fully equipped with playhouses, slides and climbing frames. There is also have a hard outdoor area - perfect for trikes, bikes and water and sandpit play.
Early learning years at The Flowers
Our teaching staff deliver the Early Years curriculum to children aged 3-4 years with the main aim of easing them gently into a structured school routine. Working closely with parents, our team ensures that your child's time at The Flowers is full of fun and wonderful experiences to help build solid foundations for the future.
